Cable Tray
In the electrical wiring of buildings, a cable tray system is used to support insulated electrical cables used for power distribution and communication. cable trays are used as an alternative to open wiring or electrical conduit systems, and are commonly used for cable management in commercial and industrial construction. They are especially useful in situations where changes to a wiring system are anticipated, since new cables can be installed by laying them in the tray, instead of pulling them through a pipe.
A variety of Cable Trays (Ladder, Perforated and Solid Bottom), accessories and Cable Tray Support Systems are design, manufacture & supply by Almeer factory which are certified by UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc).
Cable Ladder
Cable ladders are ideal to install large volumes of heavy duty power cables. The long rung spacing means full free air rating of cables. Higher current flow can be achieved at the same cable cross-section. Overheating and consequent damaging of cables is avoided. The new shape of the side rail allows higher cable loads at similar support spans; the continuous perforation in the side rails guarantees easy mounting of fittings. Cables can be installed and fixed to the rungs using appropriate clamps. Cable Ladders can be slit together to minimize transport and storage volume needs.
Cable Ladders can be made of Hot Rolled / Cold Rolled Mild steel (ASTM-A36) or Pre- Galvanized Sheets (ASTM A653) or Stainless Steel. We manufacture the Cable Ladders in different finished such as – Hot Dip Galvanized, Pre- Galvanized, Powder Coating Finish, Stainless Steel, Painting Finish etc. Cable Ladder and its fittings are complying with NEMA VE-1 standards and are UL certified.
Cable trunking
Cable Trunk systems are commonly used in indoors purposes, office building etc. Trunkings are fabricated from pre-galvanized steel (GI sheet -BS 2989- or equivalent), Complies to BS 4678 standards we ensure the quality and reliability.
Trunkings are usually supplied with quick release cover for simple installation. These are available in single compartment and multi-compartment. The finish includes in Pre- Galvanized, Hot dip galvanized, Power coated / painted or stainless steel etc.
