ALMEER’s manufacturing facility is located in Amghara Industrial Area equipped with modern machineries and equipment. The workshop is located on 10,000 Sq.mtrs of area which consists of Overhead Office, Stores and well laid down area for fabrication, machine shop, CNC machine section, Lighting Pole Machinery, power coating plant, Hot-dip galvanization plant, electroplating plant and computerized, manual & chemically etched engraving facilities. The workshop is equipped with overhead crane for material handling and other maintenance services.

ALMEER’s Major Facilities:

            Lighting Pole:-

ALMEER’s dedicated lighting pole manufacturing facility covers over an area of 2000 Sq.m. The Pole manufacturing facility includes

·         Uncoiler, Leveling & Cutting to length line

·         Slitting Line

·         CNC operated supper long hydraulic folder up to 12m long sheets with split sectional clampers of max. opening of 50mm and seam welding machine for welding and giving final shape to the pole.

            Hot-Dip Galvanization Plant:-

ALMEER’s Hot-Dip Galvanizing facility covers over a dedicated area of 750 Sq.m. with an overhead crane to have a smooth and easy way of handling the material. The Hot-Dip galvanization plant has      3.5m x 1.5m x 1.5m  galvanization bath with the plant capacity of 200 ton/month. The plant covers the associated chemical cleaning and pre-treatment facilities for having high quality galvanization. The Plant covers all the necessary safety aspects required during the operation.

Fabrication & Machine Shop:-

ALMEER’s Fabrication yard covers a wide are with sophisticated tool room, CNC Operated punching & bending machines, threading machines and other pneumatic brakes. In addition to the above our machine shop is equipped with more traditional lathes, shapers, surface grinders, drilling machines etc., for machining and fabrication.

Sandblasting & Powder Coating:-

Sandblasting:

ALMEER’s large capacity outdoor sandblasting facility gives the ability to blast the material / parts with our approved high capacity CLEMCO balster.

Powder Coating:

ALMEER’s indoor powder coating booths covering over an area of 500 Sq.m are capable of automatic & manual powder application. The powder coating can be applied to parts up to 600m wide, 1800 height & 6000 long.

Roll Forming Line:

ALMEER’S Roll forming facility includes 3 roll forming lines for manufacture of cable trays, “U” Channels & Profiled sheets in the most efficient and economical manner.

Cable Trays:

This line is completely automated from the stage of raw material to the finished product as a perforated cable tray. The line features microprocessor controlled cut to length and pre-notch system. This allows for very accurate and consistent hole pattern to be pre-notched in the flat steel prior to forming on the rolling mill. This offers great advantages in accuracy & cost reduction when compared to the conventional method.

“U” Channel (41.3 x 41.3 & 41.3 x 21.3):

The completely automated U-Channel roll forming line features various forming passes with shaft of various diameter for assuring always to form the customers desired section in the most efficient manner. The cut to lengths of the channel are controlled by the microprocessor controlled system in order to give the smooth finish to the cutting edges.

Profiled Sheets:

As other roll forming lines of ALMEER, the profiled sheet roll forming line is also completely automated. The roll-forming line feature includes various roll forming passes with various shaft diameter to form the customer desired profile in most efficient manner. The pre-painted and high yield materials are successfully formed with ease.
